How to order:
1. Use the website navigation at the top of the homepage (eg. Top, bottoms,swimming wears,new arrivals, etc.) or use the search box at the top mid of the page to locate items you are looking for.
2. Once you find an item, choose the size (where applicable) and quantity. Then, click the Add to my bag.
3. You can review your items by clicking on my bag button at the top left of the screen. To remove any items in your cart, simply click the Remove button, or Update Quantity button to change the number of an item.
4. When you are ready to make a purchase, click the Checkout button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.


How do I know if something is in stock?
Our website is real time inventory. If you see the “ SOLD OUT” on the picture, it means the item is out stock.

HOW DO I KNOW Newants RECEIVED MY ORDER already?
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.


How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will be able to track your package within 24 hours of the time it ships from that email.


Can I make a return?
Yes. All item can be returned( expect $0 products) must be made within 7 days of receipt. Fill out the return slip located here and mail your return to the address specified. For additional questions about returns click here.
